I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and comfortable rooms at Novotel. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.
